Clinton County Court Dockets
A docket is the court's running index of a case. In Clinton County, a docket may show the docket number, court office, county or judicial district, party names, attorney information, filing date, docket type, case category, OTN, complaint number, incident number, citation number, scheduled events, charges or claims, disposition, sentence or order entries, and financial obligations if the public system displays them. - Open UJS Case Search and choose the search type that fits the information available, such as Participant Name, Docket Number, Citation Number, OTN, Complaint Number, Incident Number, Attorney, Organization, or Calendar Event.
- Limit the search to Clinton County or Judicial District 25 when the portal offers a county or district filter.
- For MDJ cases, choose the correct office when known: Lock Haven, Mill Hall, Renovo, or Clinton Central Court.
- Open the docket sheet and compare party names, filing dates, docket type, and event entries before relying on the result.
- For scanned pleadings, arrest documents, judgments, or certified copies, use Clinton County Infocon or contact the Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts.
UJS warns that recent entries made in court filing offices may not appear right away. That warning is important for Clinton County court dockets after a hearing, payment, filing, or plea. If a deadline or court appearance is at issue, the issuing court office should be checked directly.

Courts With Clinton County Dockets
Clinton County is Pennsylvania's 25th Judicial District. The county has one Court of Common Pleas courthouse in Lock Haven and three Magisterial District Courts in Lock Haven, Mill Hall, and Renovo. The Court of Common Pleas is the general trial court. Magisterial District Courts are the first tier for summary traffic and non-traffic matters, landlord-tenant cases, civil claims of $12,000 or less, preliminary arraignments, bail, preliminary hearings, arrest warrants, search warrants, emergency PFA orders, and weddings.

Users should not assume every Clinton County matter is docketed at the courthouse in Lock Haven. Many low-level traffic, summary, landlord-tenant, and preliminary criminal events begin in an MDJ office. Appeals, felony-level proceedings after preliminary stages, larger civil disputes, and many family matters can move to the Court of Common Pleas.
Docket vs. Full Record
A docket is best for status, timeline, and court identification. A full record is better when the actual document matters. For example, a docket line may show that a motion was filed or an order was entered. The full case record may include the motion text, exhibits, judge's signed order, attachments, or a certified copy with a clerk seal. Clinton County Infocon is important because the county says it includes scanned documents tied to cases or arrests.

Read Clinton County Dockets

A traffic docket, landlord-tenant docket, criminal docket, civil case file, warrant entry, and PFA matter are not read the same way. Next, match the participant names to the person or organization being searched. Name matches alone can be weak, especially in a statewide search.
For criminal dockets, look for the OTN, complaint number, incident number, charges, preliminary arraignment, bail, preliminary hearing, plea, disposition, sentence, costs, and restitution if shown. For civil dockets, look for the plaintiff, defendant, complaint, judgment, writ, motion, order, and appeal entries. For traffic and summary dockets, the citation number, MDJ court office, plea, disposition, and payment status may be the key fields.
Public docket sheets can lag behind the filing office, and secure docket data is not available to every user. When the docket relates to a court date, warrant, payment, or certified-copy need, the safer path is to verify with the court office named on the docket.
Note: A Clinton County docket can identify a case, but the clerk's office controls certified copies and file verification.
